Point List in Stakeout

Postby John Ernst » Fri Jun 17, 2005 10:55 pm

We're having a problem with the Point List in the stakeout mode.
When creating a list, choosing a group of points, ie 1-10, or a list of
nonsequential points, ie 1,3,7,11. After taking the reading and trying to
store the stake point with a new Point ID, the point ID feature is not
updating to the next sequential point number for the newly staked point, nor
is the descriptor for the design point being updated for the second staked
point in the list.
Say point 1 was a Sanitary Rim, Point 2 is a Storm Rim. The descriptor for
point to is defaulting to the last descriptor, Sanitary Rim.

We are running Survey CE in a Topcon FC 2000.

This appears to be a bug in the software.

Carlson support, please help.

Thanks,

John Ernst
