Topcon 8005

I recently purchased a Topcon 8000 Robotic and am having inconsistencies
with the results when using SurvCE in robotic mode. When set to 1mm
tracking the heights seem to drift out up to 30mm over time. However when
it re-initialises the heights are spot on. I do not think this is a
problem with the instrument. Should there be some other setting to obtain
precise levels with SurvCE?
