You all may know this, but I ran across it yesterday, thought I'd pass
it on.
I have & had previously lost my "start menu & status bar" on the
explorer. I would click the bottom of the screen, to no avail, to try to
get it to come up. I explored through the folders to try to find an
executable for the settings to place the menu on top. I couldn't find
anything.
Lo and behold, it was on the keyboard! (2nd function key + W) for start.
Then I went to start> settings> taskbar & start menu, and checked always
on top. I was really getting frustrated, searched the knowledge base,
etc., and it was in front of me all the time.
