We have been hearing about this release for over a year. What is going on ?
Surely it can't take this long to check an upgrade. Start all over. It may
be quicker. When I talk to my vendors about this new release, they just
chuckle and shrug their shoulders. I feel sorry for the guys in tech
support. They have been very good to us. It must be a nightmare for them
having to put up with this.
