Hi,
Does anyone have any good tutorials on staking points, data collection,
and any of the other functions that 2.0 does? I am new to Carlson products
(I have been using SMI) and can't seem to figure out much of anything from
the manual. I would like to take a course on SurvCE but the $500 price tag
is a bit much.

Hi Jeff,

Maybe it's easier to find someone in your area where you can take a look
at the software.
It's quite simple to learn and even I did it without haveing any
training or education.
Of course if you want to learn ALL the functionality that's in there,
then reading the manual or taking a course is a must.
You can do so many with the program even at the places you would not
expect it (input fields for example..)
Just find someone in your area that uses the program.
(Shouldn't be to hard to find!)

Jeff,
Also check out the SurvCE 2 webinar at
http://www.carlsonsw.com/news/WebinarArchive.htm.
It is pretty informative, and will show you some shortcuts and stuff.
