Has anyone lost a RW5 file either in the transfer process or in the middle
of a work day? I have inexplicably done both and have yet to find a
solution!

I lost one during a transfer. The PC I was transfering to blue screened
and shut down mid transfer. After restarting the rw5 file had dissapeared.
This happened running 1.6 on an explorer 600+. I upgraded to 2.0 for
about a day and then discovered that all of my vertical raw data was
incorrect. I still haven't worked up the nerve to try 2.02. This software
is junk.
