I would like to be able to change the layer of some points. For example, lets say a topo survey. Perhaps there have been 1000 topo shots. I do not want to have to look at all those topo shots on the map. I would like to put those in a layer called POINTS_TOPO. Anyone done this with survce 2.0?

Currently you cannot change the layer of points in SurvCE. You can however isolate points in the view pull-down by their descriptions. I did not see the ability to turn off all points with a certain desc. though so maybe that's something we can add. The layer issue is on the wish-list for features to add.
