Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has successfully downloaded and adjusted a level run from the SDL 30 into Carlson Survey 2009.

At best I get the downloaded info (.tlv) in as a note and not data in columns, meaning I have to re-enter everything when I go to Survey-Edit Process Level Data. Pretty sad considering I used a DL-101 ten years ago and it worked seemlessly with SurveyLink.

It seems like Carlson have once again stated something on their website that they have neither tested nor understand how to fix. Don't you get tired of beta testing for them??

To process *.TLV level files from a SurvCE Data collector in Carlson Survey you click Survey / Survnet.

You can go into the Project Settings in the "Input Files" tab and set an RW5 raw file with Point Records for your benchmark and set your TLV file in the Level Raw File section.

Survnet supports *.TLV SurvCE Level raw data and will process them and give you adjustments and reports.
