2.09 Problems - No Valid Reading!

I am running a Carlson Mini with 2.09 on it. When I do "store points" I can just do a "store" points and not have to "read" before but when I do an offset, then go back and just try to "store" a point I get an error saying "No Valid Reading!". I then have to do a "read" before I do a "store" so I don't get the error. This is a big pain. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, has this been reported?
