Elevation view

Postby JGreen » Thu Sep 03, 2015 2:26 pm

I am running SurvCE on a carlson mini2 data collector.
We typically use the total station to survey openings in walls for curtain wall and windows.

I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to change the view or the interpretations of what is being shot in such a way that I am see the opening being shot?

Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated.

An elevation drawing is an orthographic projection drawing that shows one side of the house. The motivation behind an elevation attracting is to demonstrate the completed appearance of a given side of the house and outfit vertical tallness measurements. Four elevations are usually drawn, one for each side of the house. Maximum elevation figure or MEF is a sort of VFR elevation which shows the stature of the most elevated component inside a quadrangle region. It is important to pilots, who need to know about the most noteworthy mountain peaks and tall towers close-by, with the goal that they can hover above them to evade controlled flight into territory.
