Commuted License?

I commuted a network license of Civil 2018 to work remotely. I checked it out for 24 hrs. It worked great for the first 6 hrs, then I turned the computer off. This morning, when I'm attempting to use the software again, it won't recognize the commuted license. When I am able to connect to the network, I can't get a new license because what should have been the available license was already commuted to my computer.

Any idea how to fix?
