Converting *.RAW file - Fatal Error

I there something wrong with my hardware or software? When I try to convert our RAW data file to an *.cgr, C&G 17 crashes, showing fatal error, exception at 78175e60h. I'm glad I kept C&G 7.0!! Please help!!!!

make sure You have the latest updated for 17.2.11 & converting a RAW file to CGR should work.
what is the data collector type ? SMI TDS ?
