Prompt Menu in XP

I just installed Intellicad and C&G Survey version 5.10.13 on the
Windows XP Professional Edition. I finally got everything to work the
way it did on my Win 98 platform except for the menu prompt boxes.

I already tried the CMDDIA, FILEDIA, PROMPTMENU and checking the box
under Tools>Options>Display Prompt Menu.

Help.
