Manual???

Why all of a sudden did Carlson stop giving out manuals on their updates. I
have bought three versions of CS and they all came with manuals. This update
was the most expensive and the manual is an extra expense. I know that you
can run one off , but its not the same as a manual. How well will CS XML run
on a Pentium 2/ 400mhz. Also, will it run on Windows XP Home edition not
office? The minimum requirements recommend P3 or higher?
