Changing background color

I run Carlson Survey 2007 StandAlone and wish to change my background color. I have always had black but now I have a client who wishes to use black and gray for some of the Property Lines and it is hard to see the lines with a black background. Thanks.

At the top of the screen, go to the "SETTINGS" tab, down to "AutoCad Options", select the "Display" tab. At the top, left hand side. "Window elements", go to bottom of that area to the radio button labeled "Color". In the middle of that pop-up it says "Interface Element". Select "Uniform Background". To the right is a "color" window, set it to white for a white background, or select any of the other colors you want.
