Carlson Survey 2017 Plot Window Not Working

Whenever I go to window in with the plot command, the window size is smaller than what I had set it to. I messed with the settings and I still wasn't able to figure it out.
When a collogue windows in, his is able to get it properly.
Is there something I'm missing or is there something wrong with my settings?
