BREAK CONTOURS... AGAIN..

I change "break contour at label insertion" so that it is UN-checked in
the
configure survcad.. but I open a drawing and it reverts to breaking
them..
why? can I change this setting with in a lisp or dcl file or some
file... so
it never turns itself back on... please I beg of you guys at survcad to
help
me with this....
