Training movies

I decided to download a couple of the training movies from the web site for
us to use in house. The avi files will load and run but I don't get sound.
I still hearing Bruce's voice. Should I be hearing sound with this movies?
If so, I guess it is a problem on my end and I am open to suggestions.

How are you hearing a voice if you don't get sound?

These movies were made in house using Camtasia from TechSmith.

98% of the time, they work as intended, but occasionally problems such as you describe are happening. Most likely the correct codec is not installed or operating correctly on your hardware. Do they play OK on a different machine?

Although we have no way of "correcting" the movies - you may be able to find a solution in the knowledge base at http://www.techsmith.com .
