Hello all,
I am attempting to array a object along a path. The array function of
autocad seems to lack several useful features, like selecting a path. Is
there a way to array along a path?

You might try the divide command. This will allow you to place a block
along an entity at a specified interval.

Actually, MEASURE allows you to specify an interval for placement, while
DIVIDE allows you to specify the number of segments.
