Error message

I am using the Edit-process Raw data file to put in some manual notes.
Points 1-20 already exist in the drawing file and the crd file. The
following message appears when trying to process the raw file:

Error: Occupied Pt # 2 does not match 1 on Line #4

Has anyone run into this before?
