Layout Tabs

I am currently using 2009 Intellicad in conjunction with 2009 Embedded. I am having an enormous amount of problems with the layout tabs when I open an embedded version in Intellicad and vica versa. I have to reset the printer selection to restore the layout, but I loose the ability to use the model space on its own, that is the left tab. Does any anyone else experience a similar problem?

I have found some of the problems with Intellicad relate to the setup of the individual computer and I like to know if this a problem for other uses.
