FONT NOT LOADING 2009

I'm hoping to get some help on a small nagging problem.... I have a font style that I have used for years. It is a bold style "au102s01.shx" and it is a characteristic of our company's plans, but I cannot get it to appear in the drawing. I go through the edit text font command, and the listing of the text font is shown with the correct name, but it doesn't appear correctly. (Visually) If I open a past drawing it still doesn't appear. I've called Carlson support and the font file is in the correct path, but still nothing.... Any help is much appreciated. Thx Pete

Copy the font into your *2009\fonts\ directory. It should find it then.
