Missing Ribbons

I recently installed Carlson Survey 2011 to run with ACAD Map 2011. The ribbons worked fine in ACAD. After the Carlson installation, I get the following message in the panel where the ribbons use to be:

"The ribbon does not have any tabs or panels currently loaded."

I think your file could be corrupted so you should reinstall it and try again. Thanks for sharing this problem with us.
