I would like to convert Grid to Ground in State Plane Coordinates. I used the scaling routine in the points menu. I included two NGS points in the scaling. I notice that the Carlson routine returns different Elevation Factors. I did not use a geoid model. Does this account for the discrepancy? If so, how do I load a geoid model into Carlson?
