How do I get the Carlson menus back??

New to Acad 2011 embedded

I hit the Acad menu selection to have access to some of my autocad menu groups.
Silly me I thought Carlson would leave a menu selection to toggle back to the Carlson suite of menus but not so.
I loaded cs11base.cuix but now have around 65 selections in the menu area instead of just the Survey ones.
Can anyone help me restore my menus or should I just reinstall and hope it returns to it's initial state.
