zero setting

what happen to (or where is) the setting to set zero @ north
not (90°) along the x axis.
this allows the cadd list function to show the true survey quadrant.

Type "UNITS" on the command line. Look at the bottom of the popup menu for the "DIRECTION" tab. Click on that and set the base angle to North.

If you ran a "Legal description Writer", that may be how it got changed. My Survey 2010 just loves to change the base angle setting. I have to remember to check the setting from time to time.
I got a fix from Carlson, but it blew up my ability to label coordinates on points, so I have learned to live with checking the base angle.
