Right-Click Customization in Carlson Survey 2010

Hello, In Carlson Survey 2007 I would go through the following pull-down menu sequence Settings>Preferences>User Preferences>Right-Click Customization and make appropriate changes. How can I get to the same place in Carlson Survey 2010 w/ IntelliCad 6.6?

Look under "Settings" for the "Mouse click Settings" tab

Thanks for your response; however, I do not have Setting>>Mouse Click Settings in my 2010.
I guess I am trying to get to the same click settings that are/were available in 2007 following the menu options in my original post. I cannot seem to duplicate that command in 2010 and am wondering where it is located now?
