Topcon GTS 210 Download and conversion

I am helping a former student that has a Topcon GTS 210. He sent me this top file that does not seem to convert to a RW5 file. (file size is 0) The TOP file seems fine (850k - cannot view the innards - possibly a binary file)

Has anyone successfully download and convert files from at GTS 210?

If I figure out how to attach files I will attach the *.top and *.rw5 files

SURVEY menu, then down to DATA COLLECTORS and this screen:




Looks like it may do the trick.
