Carlson Software Forum

We are using Carlson in our survey department. Whenever somebody tries to pull up a drawing that was created, we get the error dialog box for a missing SHX file. The missing files are Top_bank.shx, Top_bank1.shx, and SF_double.shx. What do we do to get these files, and where did they come from to begin with? Are they files specific to Carlson? Even the Carlson computers get the error.

We are using AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012 in our engineering department.
