Carlson Survey 2013 with Intellicad.
I was using the 'set parallel line snap' command and the green 'guide line' will not go away.
Has anyone had this issue and have you figured out how to get rid of those damned lines?

I tried all the typical commands like regen, redraw, etc.
I even closed the drawing and when I opened it back up the damned lines were still there.
The only thing that worked to get rid of them was to actually restart the computer.
For obvious reasons that is not a preferred workflow.

It sounds like a graphics card conflict.

I'm no expert, but here is one thing to try,

Right click your desktop icon, hit PROPERTIES go to the COMPATIBILITY tab,
check DISABLE DESKTOP COMPOSITION.

see if that does it.
If not, set it back.


That helped me with a similar problem on a different program.
