Survey 2015 crashing With C3D 2014
Posted: Wed Jul 08, 2015 7:44 pmI am having a dilemma since Monday with Carlson unexpectedly crashing either while in the middle of routines, switching between tasks or even when I try to save. I am losing a horrendous amount of work. A new patch was recently installed; is it possible that might be the culprit?
We had a similar problem the first 2 months we had it and it seemed to boil down to timeouts and timing with Carlson as well as AutoCAD on our wan & lan. HELP!!
