Carlson Software Forum

I have a Carlson Explorer data collector. I was always able to download into my Survey 2006 util I updated by computer to a Windows 8 version. I had to get a cable to adapt my 9 pin to a USB, to work with my new computer. I downloaded a demo version of the latest Carlson with Intellicad and I was able to communicate with my computer, so I know my cable works. But then my computer updated to Windows 10 and nothing works. Is there anyway I can get it to work with my Survey 2006. Thanks

same problem.. definitely a windows 10 problem!
my laptop no longer can communicate with my surveyor 2 , i work at a survey office running windows 8 with no problem! I also work for a engineering office also with a surveyor 2 and no go on windows 10!

i really hope there is a fix soon!
