Coordinate File Creation - Error 20: Could not open file

When I try to create a new drawing, it gives me an error when creating the coordinate file.
Error 20: Could not open file: The coordinate file could not be created.
It might be read-only or in use by another application or be invalid.
Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks
