You probably solved this by now... i would try creating a new default profile in Intellicad settings... run CONFIG command and choose Create from the profiles tab. If the new CAD profile restores toolbar icons you can set it in Carlson Config settings:
If that does not work, next I would make a backup copy of the Carlson Software\Carlson2018 folder in %APPDATA% and delete it (without the software running). When restarted it should recreate the folder with defaults.
