How to find intersection of tins

Postby Ludeman » Fri Sep 19, 2014 8:53 pm

Currently, when I need to find the intersection of two tin's I use the spot elevation command and snap labels on the screen until the cut/fill says 0.0. Then, I use 3DPolyline with the surface model option to draw it. Is there an easier way?

Tech support says no. I found an app online that does it.

Cut/Fill Contours
You have the option to draw only the daylight lines, indicating the areas where the two surfaces intersect.

Apparently, Cut Fill Contours isn't part of the Survey Module.
