SurvCE 2.5 with trimble R6 on Tsc2 controller

Hello all.
I hope someone can help me about my issue.
I have trimble r6 base and rover i install survCE 2.5 on my tsc2 controller i connect the base with survCE but i dont know how to run the base to send TX because when im connected to the rover there is no date received for RTK.
