Has anyone been able to use the SurvCE program with a Wild TC1010?
We have a couple of older instruments that from time to time require that
they be put into service. We are trying to standardize our data collection
system and on the supported instruments, the Leica (Wild) older models is
listed. We haven't been able to get them to talk. Anyone had any success
with this?

I have used my Allegro CX with my TC1010. I will recreate the steps this
week.

We are using our TC1010 with a Leica RX1250 controller and SurvCE, here is our steps:

Open your TC1010
Menu-3-3: Ensure the port is RS232
Menu-Menu-4-3-2: Ensure you are using these setting:
Baud: 9600
Parity: Non
Endmark: CRLF
Address:1
Protocol:GSI

I don't have my Controller right now so I can't tell you the setting in SUrvCE but as I remember they are the same as the one on the TC1010. I just dont remember wich Manufacturer and Model to choose since TC1010 is not listed and I use another Leica or Wild model. If you dont get thru let me know I'll check as soon as the controller will be free.
