I'm actually here trying to get a response because muiltiple emails to support@carlsonSW.com relating to an issue dating back to December 2013 have never received a response.
I got one response on 7th February 2014 (Case 103340), to which I replied with all of the requested information.
I have tried numerous follow-up emails to no avail......
A fault in SurvCE 3.03 has rendered one DC unusable for certain jobs.

Past customer support working with John G etc has been excellent, but this latest experience is extremely disappointing.

Try calling them at 606-564-5028.
That's always worked the best for me, rather than email.
