Erroe Message Carlson SurveyGNSS not running

When I try to run Carlson SurveyGNSS the following error message comes up:

surveyGNSS.exe - System Error
The code execution cannot proceed because sclock2.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I uninstalled Carlson SurveyGNSS, and re-installed it, but I still get the same error message. I disabled MacAfee also, but I still get the error.

Is it just me??? Is Carlson SurveyGNSS working for anyone else out there?
