Offset 3d polyline- Part 2

Uh oh.

The new dll file fixed the problem described, but it appears to have
induced a
new problem.

I am placing another file in customer files. When using 3doffset on
these
centerlines, the new polyline contains nodes which are zero elevation
every
other node. We checked on a machine which did not receive the 'fixed'
dll, and
the function did not create the zero nodes.
