Convert AECC_POINTs to POINTS

I have attempted to run the "Convert AECC_POINTs to POINTS" (pt_aec) command.
This resulted in the following error:

Error1: Please install AEC Object Enabler first in order to run this command...

So... I downloaded Land 3 Object Enabler and installed it. I still get the same
error.

Any help would be appreciated.

The conversion code was based on the object enabler code from LDD2i. It
appears there have been some changes in LDD3/OE3. The programmers in
the Boston office are looking into it.

Just so anyone else running into the problem knows. I did receive a fix for the
Land 3 Object Enabler.
