I did not initiate this request but I have similar problems on a relatively
new computer running Windows XP(SP2)
This happens to me in almost every drawing. So far I have been able to
recover.

Is this happening with any drawing or just one in particular?

When I double click on item (e.g. line) to bring up the properties
manager , I get the following:
FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Writing 0x0000 Exception at
6318bde4h. This is occuring on a new machine with the full version of
2004 and SurvCADD 2006 installed, operating on XP Professional. Is this
an aoutcad or Carlson error? Any and all suggestions welcomed... Thanks
