scjstart.exe error on 2011 Carlson Civil

Been getting an error message when opening Carlson Civil

scjstart.exe error

The instruction at "0X00452a0d" referance memory at "0x0000000". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate program

Anyone else run into this problem.

Is that CPU error or a video memory error? Running a nvidia 8500 card.
Have 4 gig in a XP Dell CPU

Needless to say this is not supposed to happen. Did it start happening from the get-go or when it went to check for updates?
