looks to be a resolution problem but have yet to find correct setting- tried viewres with no luck
i have to zoom in on the vicinity map to see the line work

other thing i noticed - (i have all my layers set) if i change the color from the set color to say red (drop down) and draw a line- thats good - but when i go to a new layer whos color is suppose to be say cyan its red as well- was not like this in 2015
