C&G commands not recognized

I recently upgraded to CG Survey 9, and have had random problems when I attempt to use ANY CG commands, it gives the message "unknown command". For example, if I use the "pick current layer" command, i get the message "unknown command 'CG_LSET'." At first, I could just close out and restart CG Survey, but now it happens every time. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled CG Survey, but still have the same problems. Any ideas?

I would try the APPLOAD command (type this word on the command line) which allows you to browse to the File called - CGSurvey.ARX
(This file is in the CGSurvey 9 folder)
If this Fails, it could be contributed to lack of Administrative privledges.

Thanks for the quick reply. Actually, I figured out the problem. If I open the CG program, then open dwg files within it, all CG commands work fine. But if I open a dwg file without already having CG open, none of the CG commands work. I have tried the same thing on several other computers with CG Survey 9, and have the same problem. Not a big deal, but this appears to be a bug? Thanks for all your help.
