Intellicad 2001

Does Intellicad 2001 support 'xclip' ? Also, I am receiving Architectural and Engineering drawings in AutoCad 2000 or whatever may have followed since then which are increasingly becoming more and more difficult to open in Intellicad 98 when saved down to R13 or R14. C & G for Windows update can't come soon enough. Please help
