Layers on / Layers off

With ICAD 98 you were able to use the tools with the Shift - Right mouse
button to pick layers off then turn all back on again. Are these commands
available with ICAD 2000?

I have found that with the command "CG_LOFF" that I am able to pick which
layers to turn off. The command "CG_ALON" turned all layers back on in ICAD
98, but now this commands thaws all layers in ICAD 2000. This seems to be a
bug in ICAD 2000.
