Hardware lock

I have successfully reloaded 5.10.13 after formating my computer but even
after running the blkwrite.exe from the floppy provided 3 years ago by C&G
it will only run in demo mode. I'm still using the same Win 98 second
edition I still have the sentinel hardware lock plugged into the printer
port as always. Please send lawyers, guns and money.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how was it solved?

As it turns out, the blkwrite.exe on the floppy was bad, (I should have
burned it onto a CD a long time ago). But I did find another blkwrite.exe
(along with a few other files) on the installation CD under the CGwin\utils
folder. I copied the "utils" folder to my hard drive and copied the cg.dat
file from the floppy to the same place and then ran the blkwrite.exe and IT
WORKED! I hope this info will help someone else if ever reloading
