Prevent CG_INIT from loading on standalone Icad 2002

How can I prevent CG_INIT from loading with Icad 2002?

We have C&G 5.5 with Icad 98 and have acquired Icad 2002. We have both
loaded on the same computer.

When Icad2002 is started it also starts CG_INIT and we get all kinds of
"invalid popup" errors. We would like to run ICAD 2002 without any
influence from C&G 5.5 or Icad98.

Do you have any ideas?
