C&G 7.0

I really like the new version of C&G Win. Opens old dos maps smooth! I
don't use the J-function often, but its nice to have again. I can't get the
"plot-as-you-enter-data" in raw traverse to work, but it might be because I
only have a downloaded demo version right now. Also, I don't see any
additional line types. One thing I'm really glad that they fixed is being
able to change attributes in blocks. That is a major improvement.
